Immokalee is located in the northeast corner of Collier County. The Immokalee branch of Collier County Road Maintenance is located at 415 Sgt. Joe Jones Road. This branch consists of  a Supervisor - Road Maintenance with a crew of twelve (12) members. They are responsible for the area from the Lee and Hendry county lines, through the Community of Immokalee and extending down the eastern side of the county south to Chokoloskee Island, then east to the Dade County line. It also includes the northern part of Golden Gate Estates, north of Oil Well Rd. Immokalee maintains approximately 310 miles of road surface on the county road network, of which 46 surface miles are lime rock. Along with the repair and grading of our roads, they are also responsible for the drainage, sidewalks, mowing, trimming of trees and vegetation in the rights-of-way. The grading is done approximately every 12 weeks.

Part of their responsibilities consists of taking calls when citizens find problems with road drainage, mowing or vegetation in the rights-of-way. As a substation of Collier County Road Maintenance on Davis Boulevard, they are responsible for distribution and collection of the Adopt-a-Road functions for that area.
