General Information
The Collier County Airport Authority was established by the Board of County Commissioners, Collier County on June 22, 1993 pursuant to Section 332.08, Florida Statutes, and the following creation documents:

The Collier County Airport Authority was created to oversee the development and management of three publicly owned general aviation airports: the Marco Island Executive Airport, Immokalee Regional Airport, and Everglades Airpark. Its mission is to operate and develop these publicly owned assets for the benefit of the citizens and taxpayers.
