Transportation Planning, on behalf of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, have applied for various state and federal grants. These grant applications have included the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Discretionary Grants. The TIGER Grant Program provides a unique opportunity for the U.S. Department of Transportation to invest in road, rail, transit and port projects that promise to achieve critical national objectives.
