Collier County Diving Volunteers

 Currently Collier County, Coastal Zone Management and University of Florida Sea Grant Extension Agent are holding quarterly reef clean ups.  Check out the photos below and see how you can become a volunteer.

Capt. Eric and Capt. Brandon from Solo Lobo Charters help pull in reef debris from the Santa Lucia.

Eddie Chesser with CZM removes anchors from Wiggins Pass Reef.

Capt. Will from Grand Slam Charters helps volunteer divers out of the water for a quick tank change.

To Volunteer you must:

  • Certified diver
  • Over the age of 18
  • Logged 10 dives in the last year 

Please read the Scientific Diving Program Manual, return a signed Volunteer Waiver Form, and provide a copy of your certification card.
