State Certified contractors may voluntarily register with Collier County to maintain an active status and use the GMD Public Portal to apply for permits and request inspections. A registration fee will apply.

A copy of your Florida State license, business tax receipt (BTR), if applicable, general liability and workmens' compensation policy and/or exemption, and qualifier's drivers license are required. 

Renewals of the registration are based on the expiration date indicated on the Florida State license.
