Follow the steps below to make a payment on the GMD Public Portal.

1. Log in.
2. Go to Contractor Licensing and select “Status, Fees, Insurance”.
3. Type in the CAPTCHA and hit Submit.
4. Type the company name (less is more), license number or Qualifier name and hit Search.
5. Once you find the Contractor record, make sure you are on the “License Application Status” page.
6. Scroll down to see “Total Amount Payable Online".
7. Click “Add Fees to my cart” and this will add the fee to your Shopping Cart.
8. Click "My Shopping Cart" at the top of the page.
9. Review the cart information and click "Make Payment".
10. Enter payment information and click "Continue".
11. Confirm payment information and click "Pay". This will complete your payment process. You should receive an email confirming your payment was successful.

Note: The portal will frequently log you out of the system after several minutes of inactivity. Make sure at the top of the page it says “Log out” not “Log in”. You will know you are logged in if you see “Welcome” next to your registered name at the top of the page. If you do not, please log in again.

Follow the steps below to pay your citation on the GMD Public Portal.

1. Visit the GMD Public Portal.
2. Select "Status and Fees" under the Code Enforcement section.
3. Type in the CAPTCHA and hit "Submit".
4. Enter the Reference/Case Number or the Violator's Name in the search field and select "Go". Please note the reference number will be found on the payment slip.
5. Scroll down to see “Total Amount Payable Online".
6. Click “Add Fees to my cart” and this will add the fee to your Shopping Cart.
7. Click "My Shopping Cart" at the top of the page.
8. Review the cart information and click "Make Payment".
9. Enter payment information and click "Continue".
10. Confirm payment information and click "Pay". This will complete your payment process. You should receive an email confirming your payment was successful.
