  • Telephone Consultation for Insubstantial Change to Construction Plans
  • Telephone Consultation for Insubstantial Change to Site Plan  

Pre-Application Meeting Fee - $575.00 The pre-app fee of $500 will be credited towards the application at the time of submittal. The $75 Fire pre-app fee is non-refundable and will not be credited at time of application submittal.
