Heritage Bay Government Services Center is located at 15450 Collier Boulevard at the intersection with Immokalee Road. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Heritage Bay offers a one-stop location for government services from several offices including the Tax Collector, Clerk of Courts, Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections, and the Growth Management Community Development Department. A variety of services are available under one roof including building permits, veteran services, early voting during elections, utility payments, driver licenses, marriage licenses, property and business tax payments and much more. In addition, there is a meeting space available for public meetings. 

Heritage Bay was designed with sustainability in mind and is one of Collier County’s most efficient buildings built to date. It includes intelligent lighting and energy management systems. The building is designed to withstand 180 mph winds and includes a full backup generator to ensure the facility can reopen as soon as possible following a major storm event to provide critical services to the residents of Collier County. The building is equipped with a centralized battery backup system that both saves energy and protects the building systems from failure.
