NewsThis Saturday, November 4, ESHP will host our annual Music Festival to raise funds for our historical society. It will be held at the Rod & Gun Club beginning at noon with an exciting group of musicians from around southwest Florida (see poster below). We will be celebrating Everglades City's and Collier County's Centennial! Silent auction items included donated pieces of art by local artists, boat tours by local guides, fishing tackle and trips, and much more. Please come celebrate our 100th Anniversary with us! On Friday, November 17, at 2:00 pm we will have our annual "Welcome-Back" talk with a presentation by our Bank of the Everglades Building architects Rick Gonzalez and Aleli de la Vega with REG architectural firm in West Palm Beach. This will be held in the lighthouse of Everglades Isles just over the bridge on the right as you enter Everglades City. There is no charge but we would like to know how many guests to expect so please email back to me if you're able to join us. We're very excited about sharing our vision with the community. Light refreshments will be served.
