This seven member committee was established by Ordinance No. 11-39, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 20-47 and 21-30, to assist the Board of County Commissioners in the business affairs of the Immokalee Beautification Taxing District, and prepare and recommend an itemized budget to carry out the business of the district for each fiscal year. Members must be electors of Collier County and qualify in one of the following categories: Four members shall be permanent residents within the MSTU, and three members may be an owner of a business or commercial property within the MSTU or may be an appointed representative of a non-profit entity operating within the MSTU. Terms are 4 years.
