The public may attend either remotely or in person.  

Individuals who would like to participate in person must complete and submit a speaker form prior to the beginning of the discussion about the item.  Individuals who would like to participate remotely must complete and submit the online speaker registration form before the beginning of the meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
