Come and relax at the South Regional Library’s Stress Less Fest in February!
The Collier County Public Library is hosting a new program dedicated to finding the best ways to de-stress and live a healthy, balanced life. Stress can be mental, physical, and emotional and can affect everyone in one way or another. It can’t be avoided, but it can be handled- take advantage of the calming environment of the library and learn how to create a better mindset in your life.
Our patrons will be able to connect with local health representatives and organizations to find tips on stress management. Get information straight from the experts, and even attend some hands-on demonstrations of techniques in stress management. Topics include self-care, garden sanctuaries, chair massages, wellness coaching, forest bathing, humor as relief, and more. Get information from our partner organizations, including NCH Wellness, the Blue Zone Project, the Naples Players, the David Lawrence Center, and Collier County Extension Offices. Don’t stress! Join us for a relaxing day.
The Stress Less Fest event will be held on:
Saturday, February 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
at South Regional Library, 8065 Lely Cultural Pkwy, Naples, FL 34113
