20-7756 - Immokalee Regional Airport - Taxiway C Extension – Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit – SJZ

This meeting is scheduled to be held via Conference Call – dial in to Procurement Bridge: (239) 252-7205, Participant’s Code 212121; and for those who choose to attend in person at the Immokalee Regional Airport Terminal Building at 165 Airpark Blvd., Immokalee, FL 34142.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Site Visit immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting.  Any interested Bidders who would like to attend the site visits, but would prefer to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting via conference call, please contact Sue Zimmerman, Procurement Strategist via email at Sue.Zimmerman@Colliercountyfl.gov so we can confirm with the EOR and BCC staff.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Collier County is following CDC and Department of Health guidance - Social Distancing, encouraging personal hygiene canceling large gatherings, holding remote and virtual meetings - until further notice. As such, please monitor BCC calendars and BidSync to keep apprised of potential changes, deferrals, and cancellations of public meetings related to solicitations.

NOTE: All communication regarding this solicitation should be addressed to the Procurement Strategist for this solicitation. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations in order to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or (239) 252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48-hours before the scheduled event. Such reasonable accommodations will be provided at no cost to the individual.

Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners, Development Services Advisory Committee may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future Board of County Commission meeting.
