20-7741 Pre-Bid Meeting - Carica Pump and Pipe Improvements

This meeting as been rescheduled from April 7, 2020 9-10am to be held via Conference Call – dial in to (239) 252-7230, Participant’s Code 404040 on Thursday April 9, 2020 from 1-2pm.  See details below: 

  1. The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be rescheduled to Thursday April 9, 2020 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm via conference call. All interested Bidders who would like to attend this non-mandatory Pre-Bid may call in to (239) 252-7230, using Participant’s Code: 404040.
  2. Non-Mandatory Site Visit immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting shall be cancelled.  Any interested Bidders who would like to schedule on-site visits contact Sue Zimmerman, Procurement Strategist via email at Sue.Zimmerman@Colliercountyfl.gov to coordinate time and dates with Tetra Tech (Engineer of Record) and BCC staff.
  3. Alternatively, Bidders may request pictures of the pump station, both inside and outside of the pump station, via email to Sue.Zimmerman@Colliercountyfl.gov.
