Howl-A-Day Jubilee is a pet festival that includes a pet fashion competition, dog shelter show, dog agility show, pet talent show, pet and pet owner games (all day), raffles and prizes!
It is an event for anyone looking to have a fun day, meet new pets and their owners and show off the love they have for their animal. This is not a Dog Breed Show - this is a fun family event that gives you a chance to meet other pet owners and help the Domestic Animal Services public animal shelter by donating money through the raffles and by cash to the DAS Donation Trust Fund.
Most vendors accept credit cards, but cash must be used to purchase raffle tickets. Vendors sell pet clothing, treats, food dishes, toys, grooming visits and other goods.
We also invite vendors to attend that are not necessarily pet businesses but wish to show their support of pets and their owners.
2006 marked the first annual Jubilee with 2,000 people attending and the event raise more than $4,400! This year, 2007, DAS hopes to see as many or more people attend and has established a fundraising goal of $7,000 - HELP US MAKE IT!
Call (239) 252-PETS (7387) and ask for a Howl A Day Jubilee Committee Member for information.
