October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 is the qualifying period for plan year 2025 when enrolled employees, spouses wanting to upgrade, and new hires are able to maintain lower co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses by completing qualifiers.

Spouses qualify on “ODD” years

Enrolled spouses who did not earn the better cost share provisions for 2024 may also complete qualifiers by the same deadlines, but MUST contact the Health Advocate Office before beginning the process: (239) 252-5588.
