NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

COLLIER MPO LOCAL COORDINATING BOARD

COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 10, 2008

The Local Coordinating Board (LCB) for the Transportation Disadvantaged will meet on Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. at the Collier Area Transit Operations Center, 8300 Radio Road, Naples. A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Web site at www.colliergov.net, by appearing in person or by writing to the Collier County MPO, 2885 South Horseshoe Drive, Naples, FL 34104.

All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak and to submit their inquiries or comments, if any, in writing, to the board/committee prior to the meeting if applicable. All registered public speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes unless permission for additional time is granted by the chairman.

Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the MPO Director up to 72 hours prior to the meeting by calling (239) 252-8192.

The MPO’s planning process is conducted in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. Any person or beneficiary who believes that he or she has been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or familial status may file a complaint with the Florida Department of Transportation District One Title VI Coordinator Ms. Gina Gilbreath at (863) 519-2345 or by writing Ms. Gilbreath at P.O.
