Community & Human Services (CHS) manages Disaster Assistance Programs, the RSVP Volunteer Program and Human Services such as prescription reimbursements, and Services for Seniors which includes Emergency Home Energy Assistance.

Disaster Assistance Programs (Hurricane Ian, Hurricane Debby, or Invest 90L)

  • Homeowners and/or Flood Insurance - Individuals and families who need help purchasing homeowners or flood insurance who have had a financial loss due to one of the declared emergencies.  Click here to apply:  Insurance Policy Application
  • Mortgage Payments - Residents must have had a financial loss due to the declared emergency and continue to hold a mortgage for this residence.  Click here to apply:  Mortgage Application
