The Collier County Sheriff's Office is looking for positive, proactive, energetic, enthusiastic individuals that support our core principle of community, safety, service to fill the position of Jail Technician. Starting salary $20.44 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to type 25 wpm.

Position Duties:

• Control center operation.
• Maintain safety and security.
• Maintain electronic post log.
• Facilitate inmate movement.
• Receive and log personal property, and prepare appropriate paperwork.
• Complete reports and logs.
• Perform various clerical tasks.
• Perform all duties in booking office
• Write bonds
• Answer telephones
• Attend to public information window
• Enter all booking and arrest information into computer
• Shift work required.
